Trailer Parking

In the current Victorian Truck and Bus Drivers handbook  (Ref VRPN 00123 01.15) there is a requirement that you cannot park a trailer over 7.5m long for more than 1 hour in a built up area, less if the parking limit is under the hour.  If you exceed this limit you can get a parking ticket.  Most glider trailers are over this length so you need to park accordingly.

I understand there is a similar requirement in NSW.  The GFA/VSA will attempt over time to get an exemption for glider trailers as we have overhand length.
